Salina Shelton, MA, LPC, ATR-BC
Founder and Program Director, Salina is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Art Therapist. She brings to the organization a passion for helping people with pain and a desire to increase awareness of the need for Integrative Health Care. Salina draws on this passion to build a community focused on providing hope and changing lives. In her private practice Salina uses art therapy and EMDR to help people with pain process the emotional stress that accompanies chronic pain. She is passionate about increasing awareness of and access to integrative healthcare. She enjoys spending time with her family and creating art in her off time.
Rhonda Drummonds, RYT-500
Rhonda Drummonds received her RYT 200 teacher certification from Ester Vexler Yoga School in 2015 and her RYT 300 hour Adaptive Therapeutic Yoga certification from MelMarie Yoga Academy in 2017. She began her self studies of yoga in 2000 discovering the health benefits and the positive impact from Yoga while coping with a personal injury. Yoga has provided her the ability to minimize discomfort to continue joyously experiencing life with family and friends.
Her recent certification confirms Yoga’s therapeutic benefits to holistically manage the stress from an illness using breath, gentle movement, and meditation. Her objective is to share Yoga’s holistic gift with students by integrating a mind full practice based on the principles of breath, gentle poses and meditation. Her goal is to provide a safe environment for students to embrace Yoga as a means for self-awareness and self-acceptance.
